Sharing Web Resources

I found a journal at the http://www.earlychildhood.com/ website.  The newsletter is called the Early Childhood News: The Journal of Professional Development. The benefit of this journal is that it provides research for early childhood education.  The journal also provides information on current issues that affect early childhood education and educators.  As a result, educators can use this information to develop strategies and programs to improve the quality of education for all children.

  1. Elenora,
The website for Early Childhood News sounds very informative. As a field, we do need ongoing research on issues affecting the field to support our work as educators. What kind of topics do they address? Is the research geared specifically towards educators alone or policymakers as well? Looking forward hearing more about their work.

  2. The website is a useful tool for early childhood educators. It is important for educators to remain aware of the issues and trends that effect us now and may later impact the early childhood education field. Educators should be kept up to speed on the policies and procedures that govern the profession. This website seems to be a resourceful method to do so.
